If you live anywhere in central Kentucky, you know that traffic, accidents, or road closures can complicate appointment scheduling for electrical services.
Barring unforeseen events, we strive to be at the service site at the promised time. If, for any reason, we may be running behind, we will contact you as soon as we realize a delay on our part.
We also require a responsible adult to be available, either in person at the service site or by phone, in case there are questions about our electrical services.
If a specific job requires a responsible party to be on site, we will notify you in advance. If, for any reason, a responsible party cannot be available at the scheduled time, please contact us as soon as possible for availability. Please note, if the delay affects other customer schedules, we will have to reschedule when we are available.
When we arrive at a site requiring a responsible party and no one is available, we'll be unable to start or complete the work, and the customer will be charged for the wait time and will need to reschedule.
